COLLABORATIONS
We work with other organizations which have a stake in real estate to develop new programmes of learning. The Institute has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) –based in USA and Real Estate Association of Rwanda (REAR) to offer real estate management trainings in the East African region.

It also has special connections related to Real Estate training with National   Association of Realtors (NAR), Women Council of Realtors, Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development Uganda, Institute of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU), Uganda Management Institute (UMI), UN-Habitat, World Bank (IFC) and Virtual University of Uganda. Arrangements are underway to have Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Accredited courses by REIEA
