SPECIALIST DESIGNATION IN REAL ESTATE PRACTICE ( SADRP)

This programme provides specialists knowledge and skills to participants by equiping them with the understanding of models that identify successful systems for handling critical and complex issues related to built environment. It introduces participants to specialist consultancy witha practical insight into performance, efficiency, sustanability and profitability of a real estate undertaking. The knowledge and expertise acquired in this programme will transform participants into outstanding real estate practitioners with specialist career prospects.

 

Specialist Designation has the following Programmes:-

 

  1. Specialist Designation in Property Management ( SPM)
  2. Specialist Designation in Brokerage Management ( SBM)
  3. Specialist Designation Property Developement ( SPD)
  4. Specialist Designation in Land Transactions ( SLT)
  5. Specialist Designation in Land acquisition,Resettlement and Rehabilitation Management (SLARM)
